Tomato ketchup is good for you
Want to protect yourself from blood clots, osteoporosis and possible cancers? Eat processed tomatoes. Research in Illinois has found that the powerful antioxidant found in tomatoes is more beneficial after they have been canned or turned into ketchup.
Tomato ketchup is often associated with fast food. But look on the label and you’ll see that there is nothing artificial about it.
Food isn’t all about health. It’s about eating with your eyes as well as your taste buds. This is why a dollop of ketchup can’t quite compare with the little beauties in the photo.
